Description:Directions for preparation:
1. Cooked in soup.
Put the Laifen in boiling water and heat and bring to boil again. Remove from heat and keep it in boiled water for about 8 minutes. Drain the water and add in tasty soup with sliced meat and various ingredients.
2. Fried.
Soak the Laifen in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Then put it in cold water. Drain the water and stir-fry with fried meat and season to taste.
3. Deep fried.
(A) Deep fry the Laifen in boiling oil. Turn on both sides until crisp. Drain and place on a plate. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
(B) Put the deep fried Laifen in a bowl. Fill it with tasty soup with sliced meat and various ingredients.
