Cooking Instructions:
1. Place the noodles in a large bowl
2. Cover with boiling water and let stand 4 minutes only (or 3 if stir-fry)
3. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain
4. Add to stir-fries, soups and salads or serve as side dish
