Description:Rice Vermicelli

Recipe for Laksa (Singaporean Style Curry Noodles):
15 min Prep 15 min. Cook 1-2 Servings

Ingredients: 100g Yeo's rice vermicelli, 50g chicken breast - diced, 30g de-shelled Prawn, cooked 20g long bean - cut into 1cm length, 20g bean sprouts and 1/2 jar Yeo's Laksa Paste.

Cooking Instructions:
1) Soak rice vermicelli in water til softened. Drain and set aside.
2) Add chicken, long bean and curry sauce into boiling water. Stir well and bring to the boil. Add rice vermicelli and stir through til chicken is cooked.
3) Garnish with bean sprouts and prawns. Serve hot.

Store in a cool dry place.
