Description:Oh! Ricey Rice Vermicelli (Bun Gao)

Please keep in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.

1. Stir fried Rice Vermicelli: Soak the rice vermicelli in boiling water for 7-10 minutes, remove from the vermicelli, rinse with water and let it dry. Stir fry with vegetables, seafood, meat and spices.
2. Fresh rice vermicelli: Place rice vermicelli into a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Stir fry softly, remove the vermicelli from pot and rinse with water. Let it dry for approximately 10 minutes. Enjoy it with spring rolls, hotpot or roll with girdle cake.
3. Cooking with the broth: Soak the rice vermicelli in cold water for 15 minutes. Remove the vermicelli and let it dry for approximately 10 minutes. Cook with broth (Chick, Duck, Pork) for 2-3 minutes and enjoy.
