Description:Wai Wai Rice Vermicelli (0.5 mm)
Oriental Style

Directions for use:
Place rice vermicelli into cool or warm water for 2 minutes then drain.

Recipe (Serves 4):
500g prawns (fried chicken or beef)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
200g Wai Wai rice vermicelli 0.5 mm
4 celery sprigs
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup fried onions
1/2 cup mint leaves
200g beansprouts
30 ml lime juice
100 ml fish sauce

Cooking Instructions:
Soak rice vermicelli in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain. Fry prawns with a little oil until cooked. Let cool down and slice. Dissolve brown sugar in lime juice over low heat. Remove pan from heat, add fish sauce and let it cool down. Add prawns, celery, mint leaves and beansprouts to the lime sauce. Place rice vermicelli on a plate and top with sauce. Garnish with peanuts and fried onions.
