Description:Hong Brand Rice Vermicelli (0.8mm)

Cooking Instructions:
1. For soup and hotpot cooking:
- Soak the rice vermicelli in cold water for 3-5 minutes.
- Boil in 2-3 minutes, rinse under clean water and then drain off.
- Served with prepared soup

2. Fry Frying:
- Soak in water about 60C (by mixing two portion of hot water and one portion of cold water) for 3-5 minutes, then drain off.
- Fry shrimp, meat, vegetable and then mix with prepared vermicelli.

3. For fresh rice vermicelli:
- Soak in water for 3-5 minutes.
- Boil in 3-4 minutes, rinse under clean water about 5 minutes and drain off, then use as fresh vermicelli.

Storage in cool dry place.
