Description:X.O Rice Flakes

Cooking Preparation:
1. Soak X.O Rice Flakes in warm water for 45-60 minutes or soak in hot water for 6 minutes (for fast preparation).
2. Drain water, then X.O Rice Flakes will be ready for any further cooking.

Suggestions for Cooking:
Stir-Fry
1. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a pan for 1 minute, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add prepared X.O Rice Flakes and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add meat (or pork, chicken or seafood) and sauce, stir-fry until cooked. Then serve while hot.
Soup
1. Soft-boiled X.O Rice Flakes for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
2. Drain water, and rinse with cold water.
3. Put prepared Rice Flakes into a serving bowl.
4. Pour hot soup, serve while hot.

Rice Flakes well known as Sen Guay-Chap in Thai, greatly cooking in Chinese StylePork Soup Spiced with Boiled Eggs (Guay-Jup Soup). Rice Flakes can be cooked in Pan Khee Mao recipe, Pad Thai recipe or other Thai Fried Noodles recipes.

Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, keep in airtight container.
