Description:Rice Flakes
Rice Flakes is a famous snack in Fujian Province. It is traditionally made by pouring the grounded rice paste around the rim of a heated an oiled iron boiler until it is curdled, and then scraping it off into prepared clams soup, finally seasoning with mushrooms, dried small shrimps, green onion and so on.

Notice: Soup or ingredients are not contained in this product.
1. Make your preferred soup. Bring it to about 60-70 degree celcius. Put the rice flakes into the soup, boil it briefly and let it rest for a while.
2. Turning off the heat when the soup is boiled. Put rice flakes into the soup. Simmer with the lid on for 5-8 minutes.
