Description:Twin Swallows Kongmoon Rice Stick (Vermicelli)

Cooking Instructions:
1. As cold Dressing (Bun)
Let rice vermicelli soak in boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and let sit for 30 minutes, then it can be served as cold dressing.
2. For fried vermicelli
Heat up water to 100C, then pour hot water into a container, let rice vermicelli soak in hot water for about 6 to 8 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and then it can be used for frying.

Store in a dry place.
