Description:Number 1 Kong Moon Rice Sticks (Rice Vermicelli Noodles)

Directions for Preparation:
1. Roasted: Soak thoroughly with rice stick in hot water for about 3-5 minutes and then take it up, fried meat in slices or cubes together with shelled shrimps, mushrooms or vegetable, etc. if available then put in the wetted rice stick and stir-roast them for another 1-2 minutes. It may also be seasoned with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or mustard, etc. if preferable.

2. Fried: Fry the rice stick in boiling oil (no need to soak). Such preparation is good to be taken with congee. It is also a delicious dish if added with shredded meat, mushrooms, etc.

3. Cooked in soup: Boil the rice stick in flavoured soup for a few minutes and add condiments before being served.
