Description:Double Swallow Kong Moon Rice Sticks (Noodles)

Directions For Preparation
Roasted: Soak thoroughly the rice stick in warm water for about 8-10 minutes and then pick up to dry. Fry meat slices or cubes together with shelled shrimps, mushrooms ro vegetable, etc. Then put in the preferable rice stick and stir and stir-roast them for another 1-2 minutes. It may also be seasoned with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or mustard etc., if preferable.
Fried: Fry the unprepared rice stick in boiling oil, until it turns gold and ready for table, such preparation is good to be taken with congee, and it also makes a delicious dish with shredded meat, mushrooms, shelled shrimps etc.
Cooked In Soup: Put the rice stick in boiling soup for a few minutes and add condiments before being served.
