Description:Dongguan Rice Vermicelli

Roasted - Soak thouroughly the rice stick in hot water for about 3-5 minutes and then drain. Chop meat into slices or cubes and try with shrimps, mushrooms or vegetabesl. Add drained rice stick and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. Season with tomato sauce, chilli sauce, mustard or any other sauces you prefer.

Fried - Fry the rice stick in boiling oil (no need to soak). Such preperation is good to be taken with congee. It is also delicious dish if added with shredded meat, mushrooms etc.

Cooked in soup - Boil the rice stick in flavoured soup for a few minutes and add condiments before being served.
