Description:King Mark Dong Guan Rice Stick is made from the best rice which is pure in quality. It has a fine texture and is delicious served with meat or vegetables and is easily prepared.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry: Soak rice stick thoroughly in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Drain. Fry meat slices or cubes together with shelled shrimp, mushrooms or vegetables. Add drained rice stick and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. Optional - season with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or mustard.
2. Fried: Fry rice stick in hot oil (no need to soak). Fried noodles are ideal with congee or delicious with shredded meat or mushrooms.
3. Soup: Boil rice stick in flavoured soup for a few minutes. Add condiments prior to serving.

Storage: Keep in cool condition. Avoid direct sunshine.
