Description:Sweet Potato Vermicelli

1) Boil glass noodles for 6-7 minutes
2) Rinse noodles 2 or 3 times in running cold water
3) Add spices and sauce that you like and enjoy your dish
* To make noodles even tastier, leave them in cold water for 20 minutes before you boil them. When boiling, add 1 spoon of olive oil.

How to make Japchae:
Glass noodles 250g, Carrot 100g, Spinach 150g, Onion 100g, Beef or Pork thinly sliced 150g, dried Shiitake Mushrooms 5, Egg 1, Soya Sauce 2.5 tbsp, Toasted Sesame Oil 1.5 tbsp, Soyabean Oil 2tbsp, Sugar 1tbsp, Salt to taste.

*Meat marinated (Soya sauce 1.5 tbsp, Sugar 6tsp, Garlic 1 tsp, Black Pepper Powder, Toasted Sesame Oil)

1) Stir fry marinated meat and sliced shiitake mushroom
2) par boil spinach in boiling water, wash with cold water and drain water.Then season with salt and toasted sesame oil.
3) Stir fry sliced onions and carrots, adding some pepper and salt to your taste.
4) Stir fry some eggs, seperating the yolks from the whites. and then slice them into strips
5) Add 1.5 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil into the noodles And mix together
6) Add 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, stir fried meat and vegetables and spinach in the noodles and stir together.
