Description:Sung Korean Glass Noodles

Soft, light and springy glass noodles made from sweet potato starch.

1. Boil glass noodles for 6-7 minutes.
2. Rinse the noodles 2 or 3 times gently in running cold water.
3. Add spices and sauce that you like, and enjoy your dish.

Cooking Tip:
To make noodles even tastier, leave the noodles in cold water for 20 minutes before you boil them. And when noodles are boiling, add 1 spoon of olive oil.
Ingredients:Sweet Potato Starch, Carageenan, Vitamin C.
