Description:Sung Korean Glass Noodles

Soft, light and springy glass noodles made from sweet potato starch.

Directions:
1. Boil glass noodles for 6-7 minutes
2. Rinse the noodles 2 or 3 times gently in running cold water
3. Add spices and sauce that you like, and enjoy your dish
Cooking Tip:
To make noodles even tastier, leave the noodles in cold water for 20 minutes before you boil them. And when noodles are boiling, add 1 spoon of olive oil.

Japchae
Ingredients:
250g glass noodle, 100g carrot, 150g spinach, 100g onion, 150g beef or pork (thinly sliced), 5 dried shiitake mushroom, 1 egg, 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tbsp soybean oil, 1 tbsp sugar, salt (to taste)
* Meat marinated in 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 6 tsp sugar, 1 tsp garlic, black pepper powder, toasted sesame oil
Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry marinated beef or pork and sliced shiitake mushroom
2. Par-boil spinach in boiling water, wash with cold water and drain water. Season with salt and toasted sesame oil
3. Stir-fry sliced onion and carrot, adding some pepper and salt to taste
4. Fry some eggs, separating the yolks and the whites, then slice them in strips
5. Add 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil into the noodles and mix them well
6. Add 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, stir-fried meat and vegetable and spinach in the noodles and stir
