The refreshing flavour of lemongrass with fiery red chilli peppers make this stir-fried noodle an appetising dish.

What you need...
1 sachet Asian Home Gourmet SpicePaste (INSIDE)
1 pack Asian home Gourmet Noodles (INSIDE)
200g (7oz) tminced chicken, minced beef or seafood
120g (4oz) canned or fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

What to do...
1. Bring 4 cups (1 litre) of water to a boil. Turn off heat. Add noodles, cover and soak for 5 minutes. (DO NOT BOIL THE NOODLES!). Rinse in cold water. Drain and set aside.
2. Mix SpicePaste with 1 tbsp water and set aside. Heat oil in non-stick wok or pan on medium heat. Add chicken, beef or seafood and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add noodles and SpicePaste, stir-fry for 2 minutes or until cooked.

Ingredients:Noodles (120g): Rice Flour, Water.
Spice Paste (30g): Sugar, Salt, Soyabean Oil, Lemongrass, Soya Sauce (Soyabean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar), Citric Acid (Acidifier), Red Chilli, Garlic, Shallot, Galangal, Herbs & Spices.
