A touch of chilli and sesame oil tempers the robust flavours of broad bean paste to create a classic noodle dish.

What you need...
1 sachet Asian Home Gourmet SpicePaste (INSIDE)
1 pack Asian home Gourmet Noodles (INSIDE)
200g (7oz) minced chicken or beef
100g (3.5oz) frozen peas
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
⅓ cup (75ml) water

What to do...
1. Bring 4 cups (1 litre) of water to a boil. Turn off heat. Add noodles, cover and soak for 3 minutes. (DO NOT BOIL THE NOODLES!). Rinse in cold water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok on medium-high heat. Add minced chicken or beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add SpicePaste and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add noodles, peas and water. Stir-fry until cooked. Serve Hot.

Ingredients:Noodles (120g): Rice Flour, Water.
Spice Paste (50g): Fermented Soyabeans (Soyabeans, Salt), Onions, Soyabean Oil, Soya Sauce (Soyabeans, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Oil, Tomato Paste, Paprika, Colour: (Caramel / 150c).
