Description:Chef James Spicy Almond Dipping Noodles

James, his name is well known as the 'Culinary Magician' in Taiwan, worked at his father's Japanese restaurant in his teenage years which open his eyes in cooking. With his experiences in the restaurant business and filming as a star chef in numerous TV shows, he travels around the world to explore and collaborate with different cuisine ideas with his passion in food. He published over 10 cookbooks to share his cooking secrets with his fans. To add on to his chief/celebrity/writer titles, James starts his own brand 'James Sauce', using his great sense in taste to translate his sauce into a user-friendly delicacy for the world to enjoy.

This product contains sesame, soy, wheat, almond, broad bean and peanut. It's not suitable for people with allergies or favism (G6PD).

1. Pour all sauce into a small bowl mix it well for dipping.
2. Hot Dipping Noodles - Boil three cups of water in a pot. Place the noodle into the boiling water for 2.5 minutes, then drain the water.
2. Cold Dipping Noodles - Boil three cups of water in a pot. Place the noodle into the boiling water for 3 minutes, drain the hot water, then quickly rinse the noodle with cold water till it is all cool down.
3. Serve the noodles on a plate with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
