Singapore is known for its diverse (Chinese, Indian & Malay) culture & the SpicePaste in this dish reflects that diversity. This delicious mix of curry powder, garlic & soya sauce goes well with meat, tofu, vegetables & noodles.

What you need...
1 sachet Asian Home Gourmet SpicePaste (INSIDE)
1 pack Asian home Gourmet Noodles (INSIDE)
250g (½lb) thinly slices boneless chicken breast, beef sirloin, firm tofu or seafood (shelled shrimp, calamari or mussels)
200g (3½ cup) shredded coleslaw mix or 200g (2½ cup) combination of sliced fresh mushrooms and green peppers
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup (110ml) water or chicken broth

What to do...
1. Bring 4 cups (1 litre) of water to a boil. Turn off heat. Add noodles, cover and soak for 3 minutes. (DO NOT BOIL THE NOODLES!). Rinse in cold water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok on medium-high heat. Add chicken, tofu or seafood and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add noodles and SpicePaste and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add vegetables and ½ cup (110ml) water or chicken broth. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
Ingredients:Noodles (120g): Rice Flour, Water.
Spice Paste (50g): Garlic, Soya Sauce (Soyabean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar), Soyabean Oil, Salt, Ginger, Herbs & Spices, Turmeric, Mustard.
