Description:Bai Jia Sichuan Sour & Spicy Vermicelli Multipack 4 packs

Cooking Instructions:
By Soaking:
1. Put the vermicelli and seasoning into the bowl.
2. Add water (about 500ml and over 90C) into the bowl, cover with lid and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Mix well before serving.

By Cooking:
1. Boiling 1000g water in the pot.
2. Put the vermicelli into the pot cooking for 1-2 minutes.
3. Dry the vermicelli in a bowl, add the seasoning and 400ml boiling water. Mix well before serving.

*For a more sumptuous meal, you may add cooked ingredients according to your preferences.

Storage Condition:
Store in dry and cool places away from high temperature and direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Vermicelli: Sweet Potato Starch (31.3%), Water.

Oil Packet: Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Chilli (1.7%), Sesame, Ginger, Shallot, Pepper, Peanut Oil, Chilli Flavouring (Dried Chilli, Maltodextrin (Gluten)) (0.1%), Spices (0.1%), Water.

Powder Sachet: Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635), Yeast Extract, Sugar.

Vinegar Sachet: Vinegar (Rice, Water) (7.6%), Acidity Regulator (E330).

Bean Sprout Sachet: Soybean Sprout, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E270), Flavour enhancer (E635), Flavouring, Colour (E160c), Acidity Regulator (E330), Preservative (E202), Pepper, Chilli (0.5%),Sugar, Pepper, Yeast Extract, Spices (0.2%).
