Serving Instruction (Serve for 2)
Put 2 pieces of Sau Tao Scallop noodles into 1000cc boiling water. Cook for about 3 minutes, stir it well with chopsticks, drain away the water. Mix the noodles with sauce sachets, ready to serve

Put 2 pieces of Sau Tao Scallop noodles in a big microwave bowl, add boiling water. Microwave on high for about 3 minutes, stir it well with chopsticks, take it out and drain away the water. Mix the noodles with sauce sachets, ready to serve.
