The winding Key riverside has been irrigating the racks of rice noodles made with hard work and sweat for over the past century, while the terrain-induced monsoon takes away the moisture of the rice noodles, leaving behind the unique taste which accomplished the Hsinchu rice noodles, a good taste of Taiwan!

1. Place rice noodles and other ingredients in a bowl.
2. Fill the bowl with about 400cc of boiled water or until rice noodles are fully covered.
3. Filter out the water, mix well with the oil and seasonings.

You may also create your own flavour by simply adding your own ingredients into a boiling pot, then add rice noodles and cook for another 1 minute.
Ingredients:Rice Noodle: Rice, Water.

Seasoning Packet: Sugar, Salt, Sauce Powder (Wheat), Vinegar Powder, Pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Onion, Garlic, Red Pepper, Mushroom, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E627, E640), Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Acidity Regulator (E296, E330), Yeast Extract, Anti-caking Agent (E551).

Flavoured Oil: Palm Oil, Red Onion, Soy Sauce, Vitamin E.

Ingredients Packet: Dried Shrimp, Tofu Skin (Soybean).
