Description:Vegetarian Noodles
No Eggs
No Animal Fats

Cooking Directions:
Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes, (for broad ribbons about 3 minutes). Stir tenderly until the cakes loosened. Drain the hot water and then soak it thoroughly in clear cold water. After preparing, serve it in your favourite recipe.

With soup:
Add soup, butter or lard and seasonings to the noodles. Meat and vegetables may be added if desired
With stewed meat gravy:
Mix butter, gravy, oyster sauce or tomato ketchup with the cooked noodles or serve together with stewed meat or vegetables
Fried:
Fry the cooked noodles in oil till brown and crisp then add meat and vegetables and seasonings etc

Store in a cool dry place.
