Udon Noodles (新鮮烏冬)

Description:Soft udon noodles that are wok-ready with no pre cooking required.

For Soup Prep:
Put Noodle into 300cc boiling water, add seasoning & stir well to cook for 3 minutes. Meat, mushrooms or vegetables can be cooked together.

To Stir Fry:
Heat a little oil, stir fry meat and vegetables with seasoning until cooked. Add noodles, stir and cook for 3 minutes, then add oyster sauce. Stir well.

For Cold Noodle:
Cook noodle with boiling water for 3 minutes. Take out the noodles and rinse with cold water until cool. Eat the noodle with Japanese noodle sauces.
Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Salt, Water, Modified Starch.
