Description:Chef's Choice Thin Noodles

Hoisin Chicken Noodles:
4 cakes Chef's World Thin Noodles
3 pieces chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bunch bok choy, washed cut in half lengthways
4 tbsp water
300g asparagus tips
Juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
4 sprig spring onions, sliced diagonally

1. Cook noodle sin boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Use a fork to loosen the noodles, remove from heat. Rinse under cold running water, drain well and set aside.
2. Coat chicken in cornflour and then dip into hoisin sauce.
3. Heat wok, add 1 tbsp oil and sear bok choy. Add water, cook for 1 minute. Remove from wok and set aside.
4. Add remaining oil to the wok, cook chicken for 4 minutes. Add noodles and asparagus; stir fry for 5 minutes. Add lime juice and sesame oil. Combine well.
5. Serve with bok choy, garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions before serving.
