Description:U-Don Kuk-Soo Asian Style Noodles (Udon)

Cooking Direction:
1. Put 1 serving of noodles into boiling water. Add 1/2 tsp salt.
2. Boil for about 3 minutes. Do not overcook.
3. Rinse with cold water and drain.
4. Place the noodles into the UDON soup prepared. For better taste, serve with fried fish cakes and fried bean curd, scallions, sliced seaweed, eggs etc.
