Description:Korean Style Buckwheat Noodles

Eating Method
1. Put the noodles into cold water and continuously cook about 5 minutes after boil, during which stir the noodles with chopsticks to prevent them from sticking to the pot. Let the noodles stand 1-2 minutes after putting out the fire (until no hard pieces) and then the noodles are done.
2. Wash the noodles in clear water for several times.

Condiments Making
1. First boil beef or pork in hot water and put some salt and soy sauce in it, the soup will be reserved for hot noodles soup. Cut the meat into slivers and then mix with fried paprika, beaten pepper, shredded green Chinese onion and soy sauce evenly.
