Shanxi noodles is one of very traditional wheaten food in Guanzhong area Shanxi province. Because of the sound of biang biang in production, it is also known as BiangBiang Noodles. ONTRUE brand Shanxi Noodles selects high quality hard wheat from Shandong whose gluten content is not less than 33%. With the production process of eight times rolling and seven hours low temperature drying, noodles tasted elastic, smooth and chewy.

Cooking Instruction:
1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes till noodles has floated up.
2. Take out the noodles to rinse and drain.
3. Serve directly with favourite seasonings, in soup, or stir fry with meat and vegetables.
