Shanxi Sliced Noodles is one of very traditional wheaten food in Shanxi province and well known all over the world with its special flavour. ONTRUE brand Shanxi Sliced Noodles selects high quality hard wheat from Shandong because the gluten content is not less than 33%. With the production process of eight times rolling and seven hours low temperature drying, noodle tasted elastic, smooth and chewy.

Consume soon after opening.

Cooking Instruction:
1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes till noodles has floated up.
2. Take out the noodles to rinse and drain.
3. Serve directly with favourite seasonings, in soup, or stir fry with meat and vegetables.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.
