Yangchun noodles, also known as light soup noodles whose soup looks like clear spring water and noodles is as white as first snow, is the characteristic delicacy of Jiangnan area.
ONTRUE brand yangchun noodles select Shandong superior hard wheat as raw materials. After 8 times rolling and 5 hours low temperature drying, the noodles taste smooth and chewy. Collocating Yangchun noodles with lard, scallions, and light soup made from bones or mushrooms, you will taste a bowl of delicious and soft Yangchun noodles at home.

Cooking Instruction:
1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes till noodles has floated up.
2. Take out the noodles to rinse and drain.
3. Serve directly with favourite seasonings, in soup, or stir fry with meat and vegetables.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.
