Description:Yongxin Dried Egg Noodles

Serving Procedure:
1. Put noodles in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove the noodles from the pot, run cold water over the noodles and drain out the water.
3. (a) Soupy: Boil the noodles in flavoured soup for 2 minutes and add condiments before being served.
(b) Stir-fry: Using flavouring, soup stock and condiment to make adequate strong soup, put the noodles in after boiling the soup, and them could eat after stir-fry them.
Ingredients:High Gluten Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Egg Powder, Water, Salt, Food Additives (Xanthan Gum, Gardenia Yellow).
