Beijing Noodles (小魚兒北京拉麵)

Description:Bejing Noodles - Add noodles to boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Remove noodles, rinse in cold water and drain.

Soup Noodle - Add Water and your favourite seasoning, bring to boil and then add drained noodles to the soup base. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Fried Noodle - Pour cooking oil into a frying pan and heat. Add drained noodles into thepan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Finally add your favourite vegetables, sliced meat, sesame oil etc. Stirfry for 2-3 minutes or untill meat is cooked and serve.
