This product is made of high quality pea starch and corn starch. No bleach or chemical additive added. Being dried by steam, it's cleaner and safer than traditional vermicelli. It is especially suitable for restaurant use.

It is easy to cook Yanlong vermicelli and make good dishes, such as Thai seafood vermicelli salad (Yum Woon Sen). Yum Woon Sen is a popular dish both inside and outside Thailand. Our Yanlong vermicelli can be perfectly combined with other ingredients and seasonings to make a dish delicious.

Recipe For Thai Seafood Vermicelli Salad (Yum Woon Sen):
Ingredients:
1 piece of Yanlong vermicelli (around 50g)
100g medium-sized fresh shrimps (peeled and washed)
100g fresh squid (peeled and sliced)
100g fresh mussels
1 cup Chinese celery, cut
½ sliced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 coriander, cut
2 red chilli, chopped
1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
2 limes, juiced
½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions:
- Put Yanlong vermicelli in 4 cups of boiling water and keep boiling for 4 minutes, immediately drain and rinse with cold water, drain again and cut vermicelli into 4 inches length
- Blanch shrimps, squids and mussels in boiling water until done, drain
- Blanch Chinese celery in boiling water for 1 minute, drain
- Combine fish sauce, lime juice and sugar together in a small bowl until they are well combined
- Add all ingredients into a large salad bowl. Mix all the ingredients well
- Serve immediately
