Description:Longdan Rolled Mung Bean Vermicelli

Cooking Instructions: Soak the vermicelli in a bowl of warm water until they're pliable, about 10 minutes. Drain the vermicelli, toss with ½ tsp vegetable oil to keep them from sticking. Mung Bean Vermicelli can be used in stir-fry recipes or serve with soup, hot pot.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
