This product is made of high quality peas, and produced with traditional technique and modern equipments. It is of top grade among Longkou vermicelli.

Use Yanlong brand vermicelli, you will get the best taste!
It is easy to cook Yanlong brand longkou vermicelli -- the top grade vermicelli.

Recipe for Asian style stir-fried vermicelli:
Ingredients:
2 pieces of Yanlong brand vermicelli (around 100g, suitable for 2-3 persons serve)
2/3 cup cookers and sliced chicken
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (rehydrate your mushrooms if you are using dried)
1/2 cup slices carrots
2 cloves minced garlic
1 stalk coriander (or green onion, cut into 1/2 inch length
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chicken broth (or water instead)
1 or 2 teaspoons soy sauce (or oyster sauce)
1/2 teaspoon salt
(add 1/2 teaspoon MSG if you like)
1 lemon, flaked

Preparation:
- Put Yanlong brand vermicelli in 6 cups of boiling water and keep boiling for 5 minutes.
- Immediately drain and rinse with cold water.
- Drain again and cut vermicelli into 4 inches length

Cooking:
- Fry garlic and onion in hot oil for 30 seconds, then add chicken, carrot, mushroom, and saute them for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth then bring to a boil.
- Add prepared Yanlong brand vermicelli, season with salt, soy sauce; mix well and simmer, keep stirring until vermicelli absorb most of chicken broth; add coriander (or green onion) and lemon flakes.
- Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
