Description:Long Kow Broad Bean Threads

Cooking Directions:
1. In a large pan, bring 1000cc water to boil. Add bean vermicelli and boil for 8-15 minutes. Drain well and set aside until needed
2. Cut them to 5-8 cm and put in a big bowl. Add vegetables and fruits, olive oil and salad dressing. Blend well
3. Drizzle with black pepper and herbs
1. Soak the bean vermicelli in warm water for 10-30 minutes or until they are soft. Drain well and set aside
2. In a large pan, cook sliced meat (beef, pork, poultry), dried shrimps, cabbage, carrot with 2-3 spoons of salad oil over moderate heat, stirring frequently. Add salt, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well. Add some more water and bring to a boil
3. Add bean vermicelli and cook for 3-7 minutes until they become transparent and light brown
Put bean vermicelli into soup in a large pan and cook for 3-7 minutes after boiling

Store in a cool dry place.
