Description:Lobo Tempura Batter Mix

Directions:
1. Dissolve contents of this bag (100g) with 2/3 cup (150ml) cold water for fresh meat or vegetable 300g.
2. Stir until batter is thoroughly mixed.
3. Dip chicken, shrimp, crab, fish, meats or vegetables in batter thoroughly and deep fry in hot fat or oil until golden brown.

Store in a cool dry place.

Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Raising Agents (Monocalcium Phosphate (E341i), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (E450i), Sodium Bicarbonate (E500ii)), Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Salt, Thickener (Xanthan Gum (E415)).
