Japchae literally means 'mixed vegetables'. But the main ingredient of this classic dish is Korean sweet potato starch noodles, also known as glass noodles. The chewy and springy noodles are nicely paired with thin strips of beef and various vegetables.

For 2 Servings / Cooking Time: 15 minutes Add 40ml of Water
Preparation: Korean Japchae Sauce 100g, Water 40ml, Sweet Potato Noodle 120g, Sesame Oil, Vegetables
1. Soak the Sweet Potato Noodle in water for 30 minutes and prepare your favourite vegetables. (Leek, Onion, Paprika, etc).
2. Stir Sweet Potato Noodles, Korean Japchae Sauce and 40ml of water for 7 minutes.
3. Add vegetables, then stir-fry for 4 minutes on a low heat.

Store it in a cool and dry place and refrigerate it after opening.

Ingredients:Soy Sauce (Water, Defatted Soybean, Salt, Ethyl Alcohol, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Wheat) (33.41%), Sugar (30%), Corn Syrup, Water, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Wheat), Ethyl Alcohol, Thickener (E1442), Sesame Oil, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder (Garlic, Maltodextrin, Anti-caking Agent (E551)), Thickener (E412), Sesame Seeds, Yeast Extract, Grapefruit Seed Extract.
