Description:S&B Golden Curry (Extra Hot)

Suggestion of ingredients (12 servings)
Beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp) 900g, Onions 900g, Carrots 250g, Potatoes 300g, Oil 2 tbsp, water 1200ml, Golden Curry Mix 1 carton
*all ingredients are desirably chopped.*
For half pack cooking (6 servings) use half amount of ingredients with 2 3/4 cups (660ml) water.

Directions:
1. Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx 5 min.
2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx 15 min.
3. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet./ Stir until the sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx 5 min., stirring constantly.
4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
