Description:Heera Black Sesame Seeds
Black sesame seeds are more flavourful and have a stronger aroma than white and brown sesame seeds. They tend to be used more in eastern rather than western cuisines.

Recipe for simple noodle salad
Ingredients:
200g wheat noodles (cooked according to packet instructions)
3 tsp groundnut oil
200g washed and quartered red radishes
½ cucumber chopped and diced
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
fresh coriander sprigs (for the dressing
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method: Cook noodles and drizzle with groundnut oil to prevent sticking. Place noodles, radishes and cucumber into 3 separate bowl and place in fridge for min 1 hour. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix. Transfer noodles to serving dish, layer with some radish and cucumber and scatter over the black sesame seeds. Drizzle the dressing over the noodles and garnish with coriander.

Once opened we recommend transfer of product to an airtight container.
Store in a cool dry place away from strong flavours.
