The taste you can experience from the secret recipes by Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan, the known Thai food specialties for over 30 years. Their cooking recipe is legendary as all the ingredients are generously and carefully perfected in each manufacturing step, making the food you cook have a savoury taste.

Follow Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan's direction
Add coconut milk (1 cup/240ml) in a pan over medium heat. Add Kanokwan Green Curry Paste. Stir until oil appears on top.
Add meat and stir until meat is thoroughly cooked. Add water (1 cup/240ml). Bring to a boil.
Add round eggplants, sweet basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves, and sliced fresh long red chilli. Bring to a boil. Add additional seasonings to taste.

Ingredients:Chilli (30%), Lemongrass, Garlic, Salt, Shallow, Galangal, Cumin Powder,Kaffir Lime.
