Description:Kanokwan Massaman Curry Paste
Serve with cucumber relish and roti

Their cooking recipe is legendary, as all the ingredients are generously and carefully selected in each manufacturing step, making the food you cook have a savoury taste.

Follow Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan's directions:
Add coconut milk (1 cup/240 ml) in a pan over medium heat. Add Kanokwan Massaman Curry Paste. Stir until oil appears on top
Add meat and stir until meat is thoroughly cooked. Add water (1 cup/240 ml). Bring to a boil
Add potato cubes and peanut. Cook until they are tender. Add additional seasonings to taste

Store in cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated.

Ingredients:Chilli (25%), Garlic, Lemongrass, Shallot, Salt, Galangal, Spice (Cumin Powder).
