Description:Kanokwan Pad Thai Paste
Try fold over omelette style

Rich and Spicy. The taste you can experience from the secret recipes by Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan, the known Thai food specialties for over 30 years. Their cooking recipe is legendary, as all the ingredients are generously and carefully selected in each manufacturing step, making the food you cook have a savoury taste.

Follow Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan's direction
Soak dry rice noodles (120g) or fresh rice noodles (200g) for about 10 mins. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil 2-3 tablespoons in a wok. Add tofu cubes (100g) and fresh shrimps. Stir-fry until meat is cooked.
Add an egg into the wok. Wait until it it cooked without stirring.
Add Kanokwan Pad Thai Paste and drained rice noodles. Stir-fry until the ingredients mix well together.
Add bean sprouts (100g) and chives. Stir-fry for another minute.

Store in cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated.

Ingredients:Sugar, Shallot, Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Water, Salt, Sugar), Palm Oil, Garlic, Vinegar.
