Description:Fiesta Tropical 3 Fruit Salad

Fiesta Float
*200g of Graham Crackers
* 500 ml all purpose cream
* 160ml of sweetened condensed milk
* 1 can of Del Monte Fiesta Tropical 3 Fruit Salad drained

Possible substitutes: 50-60 pieces broas, milk biscuits or chocolate cookies

1) Arrange pieces of Graham crackers to cover bottom of an 8"x8" or similar dish
2) Mix cream and milk. Spread 1/3 portion on top of the graham crackers. Arrange 1/3 portion of Del Monte Fiesta Tropical Fruit salad over cream. Repeat layering using the remaining graham crackers, cream mixture and fruit
3) Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Slice and serve

Optional: Crush remaining graham crackers and sprinkle on top

Ingredients:Pineapple, Yellow Papaya, Cherry Halves, Nata de Coco, Colour (E127), Water, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid)
