Description:Amoy Chilli & Garlic Sauce

Stir Fry Prawn with Chilli & Garlic Sauce (Serves 4)

Ingredients:
Prawns 300g
1 Medium Pepper (Sliced)
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Red Chilli
½ Spring Onion (Thinly Sliced),
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Marinade:
2 tbsp Amoy Chilli & Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce

Method:
If frozen, ensure prawns are fully defrosted. Marinade the prawns. Stir fry pepper, onion and red chilli for 1 minute. Add prawns and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until cooked through. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve with rice/noodles.

Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated after use.
