Description:Heera Green Cardamom
Green cardamoms have a strong unique taste with an intensely aromatic fragrance.
Cardamoms are best bough and store in pod form as once the black seeds become exposed or ground down they do lose some of the intensity in their flavour and fragrance.
However, when cooking, ground cardamom is a perfectly acceptable substitute for cardamom pods... you'll just have to use more of the ground version to attain the same results.

Once opened we recommend transfer of product to an airtight container.
Store in a cool dry place, away from strong flavours.

Packed in a facility which also packages peanuts, nuts, sesame, soya, gluten, lactose and mustard.
