Description:Gogi Crispy Lotus Blossom Cookie Flour Mix

Ingredients:
Coconut Milk 5 cups
Limestone Water 5 cups
Eggs 5
Cooking Oil 10 tablespoons
Black or White Sesame

Direction:
1. The flour 1kg, 5 cups of coconut milk and 5 cups of limestone water mix well together.
2. Add 5 eggs and sesame stir well until smooth.
3. Heat the oil at medium, immerse the mould into the hot oil, let it sit for a while to make ti hot.
4. Raise the mould up out of the oil and shake off the excess, then immerse your hot mould into the flour mixture (do not dip-down until the mixture over the top edge).
5. Dip the mould into the hot oil when it fall off the mould, keep frying until golden brown.
6. Drain and leave on oil blotting paper, ready to serve.

Keep in dry place.
Ingredients:Rice Flour (45%), Tapioca Starch (27%), Sugar, Wheat Flour (4%), Water.
