Description:Chi Sheng Pearl Balls

Ready to use.

Directions:
Boil a pot of hot water, pour in sufficient amount of tapioca and stir gently. Make sure water is full enough to cover tapioca. Boil with smaller heat for about 5-10 minutes. Then pour 5 measuring cups of water into rice cooker and put the pot into rice cooker. After the switch is off, let stew for 2 hours. Lastly, strain the tapioca and simmer in cold water. Mix it with syrup or milk tea and ready to serve.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Tapioca Starch, Water, Caramel Colour.
