Description:Chinese Dumpling Filled with Pork Chinese Mushroom and Black Fungus

How to cook:
For best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Ensure the dumplings are thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Following guidelines are based on 5 dumplings (Approx 100g). Different quantities may cause the cooking times to differ.

BOIL
1. Bring 500ml water to the boil. 2. Remove all packaging. 3. Place dumplings into the boiling water and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SHALLOW FRY
1. Lightly spread two teaspoons of oil in a frying pan and heat. 2. Remove all packaging. 3. Place the dumplings in the pan for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. 4 Add enough water to cover the halfway of dumplings. 5. Cover the pan and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
STEAM
1. Prepare a steamer, place a plate in the middle and heat the steamer. 2. Lightly spread one teaspoon of oil on the plate. 3. Remove all packaging. 4. Place the dumplings on to the plate and steam for 15-20 minutes.
DEEPFRY
1. Preheat oil into 160C. 2. Remove all packaging. 3. Deep fry the dumplings for 5-6 minutes, until they turn into golden colour.
Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Minced Pork (27%), Water, Black Fungus (5%), Chinese Mushroom (3%), Onion, Starch, Chive, Spring Onion, Ginger, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Gluten, Sesame Oil, Flavour Enhancer E621.
