Description:Searoy Chikuwa Japanese Style Fish Cake

Cooking Instructions:
Defrost in refrigerator overnight or defrost in microwave for 3-5 minutes
Stir-fry with vegetable and oyster sauce for stir-fry dish
Boil in water for hot pot or fish ball soup
Deep fry at medium heat (170 Degree C) for 3-4 minutes until golden brown
Good for barbecue
